MASA launched its first promoters trip in mid September 2005. Eight headmasters and senior staff of community high schools from the USA came to learn about program opportunities for their constituencies. The group was led by Rabbi Philip Field of the Akiba Academy in Philadephia.  The participants visited the sites of seven different long term programs, met with representatives of the Prime Minister's Office, went through a marketing training session and deliberated the ways to enhance partcipation in MASA programs among their school communities.  MASA plans to bring to Israel several other promoters missions in the coming months.
