How to Apply: 

1.   Before you complete the MASA online application form,
      please be sure you have the following:

• Name of the program to which you are applying;
• Your contact information, including a current e-mail address to which MASA will send the print version of the application form;
• If you are also applying for a needs-based scholarship, please be sure to have your parents' current financial information at hand (or yours if you are applying as an independent) in order to complete the needs-based portion of the application.

2.   Complete and submit the online application.
3.   A printable PDF version will be sent to the e-mail address you
      entered in the application form.
4.   Print the form, sign and date the last page and submit the
      signed page to your Program Organizer whose name
      appears on the form.**
5.   If you are also applying for a needs-based scholarship,
      please enclose the appropriate financial documentation.

MASA funding is for first-year participants in all MASA-affiliated programs. Please check the application for details.
