Hagai Shaanani brings a wealth of experience in professional and personal counseling, program evaluation and development, and marketing to help start-ups through their birth pangs and become MASA-affiliated long-term programs.
In Israel, Hagai served as Education Director in major institutions in Beit Shemesh, Ma'aleh Adumim and Ramot Shapira which gave him the opportunity to help people and organizations transform dreams into realities. He also was an Education Shaliach in Toronto, Canada, which gives him a better understanding of the MASA target audience
An alumnus of Yeshivat Har Etzion, Haggai holds degrees in Psychology from Bar Ilan University and Education Administration from Touro College.
