The Building Future Leadership Seminar Series, offered by MASA in cooperation with the Educational Department of the Jewish Agency for Israel, examines the concept of leadership through multi-cultural perspectives while providing participants with operative tools for developing and leading educational-social programs and projects both in Israel and in Jewish communities overseas.  Through the course of the Seminar (lasting over a three month period) participants are supported in the development of their own programs while equipped with the tools through which to see their program reach fruition.  Participant Ella Spivack reflects on her BFL experience Click to read participant  Brett Chatz's description of his experience at MASA's Building Future Leadership Seminar Series.
